Hey, grad! Are you beginning to think about how you want to decorate your cap? Need some ideas? Look no further! I'm sharing some of my favorite graduation caps from real seniors like you. I always look forward to seeing the different designs my clients bring to the table. Some caps are personal while others are clever! I hope you enjoy these fun ideas.
Painted Florals + Meaningful Quotes
I love a good hand painted floral design. I always ask my clients what the specific quote on their cap means to them. My client Desiree (left photo) chose her quote because it fit her journey so perfectly. There were days where graduating seemed impossible, but she managed to get there with hard work and dedication! Abigail (right photo) chose her quote because it's something her parents would tell her growing up. Her favorite flower is the Magnolia flower which she also incorporated into her cap!
Anything for SELENAS!
This is one of my favorite graduation cap designs of all time. If you're a Selena fan, then you'll know how clever and cute this design is. When Marissa told me she loved cactus plants, I knew we had to include this in our shoot in some way. I found a cactus plant on campus and we got to photograph her grad cap with the plants. It's the little things that make the senior session experience that much better!
From Student to Teacher
Jessica's cap is every teacher's dream! The crayon border on her cap is the most adorable thing I've ever seen. And her quote is something we should all live by... "Dream, Try, Do Good." All the small details make this cap one to remember.
Embellished Floral + Glam Details
Add some texture to your cap! It photographs so well and it just looks so good. Isatou added a pop of yellow to match her outfit and she used green and white flowers to match her school colors. Love the coordination! Haley's cap is simply stunning and she decorated it herself! I love the gray and rose gold marbled background she chose for her cap. The embellished flowers add a beautiful touch to the whole thing!
